This Privacy Policy intends to establish a clear, concise, and transparent communication on the collection, use, processing, storing etc. of personal data relating to the customers of IDEA LOCAL. Within the meaning of this Privacy Notice “customer of IDEA LOCAL” means former, current, and potential customer or user of products offered by IDEA LOCAL, visitors to our official website and/or members of our loyalty program.

How long do we keep your data?

We will cease processing your data for marketing purpose once you have closed your customer account, loyalty program or membership, actively rejecting further marketing communication from us. Thereafter your data will be permanently erased.
Age restriction
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
